Ricks Home and Garden Returns Policy

What can be returned

  1. Anything that arrived damaged, faulty, not as described or was just the wrong item. Some items are sent insured, or you may have chosed that option. Australia Post require you to lodge a claim, we will assist in any way possible, and we will work with you to make sure if you are after a replacement we do that as quickly as possible.

Who pays to return the item

  1. In the event the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or the wrong thing sent in error we may ask you to cover the cost of return postage which we would reimburse on receipt, or we may not need to have it returned at all. Please call to discuss and how we will handle it.  The main thing is we will fix it as a matter or urgency for you.

How long does the return guarantee last

  1. 30 days normally, but if you have a problem do not let this prevent you form contacting us.
  2. Except in the case of seeds that do not perform as expected. Get in touch to discuss.
  3. All Fowlers Vacola preserving and dehyrating units come with a 12mth  warranty from Fowlers Vacola, contact me and I will look after that for you and let you now how it will be dealt with
